  • Acupuncture is one modality within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), in which fine needles are placed at specific points on the body to influence the movement of Qi. But to understand acupuncture, it helps to understand the broader framework of TCM itself.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive medical system that has been practiced for over 4,000 years. TCM is rooted in the concepts of Qi (vital energy), Yin and Yang, the Five Elements, and the network of channels and organs within the body. It takes a multifaceted approach to supporting health, one that extends far beyond point selection alone, by treating the whole person not just symptoms. As Practitioners, we draw on a range of tools and strategies to improve the circulation of qi and blood, nourish the organs and tissues, ease pain, support digestion and strengthen the body.

At the heart of this medicine are the channels themselves. These pathways help us understand where imbalance is taking root and how it’s affecting the whole system. They also reflect how your body responds to the world around you—season, stress, nourishment, and environment. When qi and blood move freely through these channels, the body is better able to heal, adapt, and return to its natural state of balance.

  • Keep in mind that acupuncture is shaped around your individual landscape. In TCM, no two bodies—or treatments—are the same.

Acupuncture supports the body much like tending to a living ecosystem. By guiding the movement of qi—your body’s natural current—it helps restore balance where things have become stagnant, depleted, or overworked.

Many people experience relief from pain, tension, and inflammation as acupuncture encourages circulation to flow more freely, like clearing a river so it can nourish the land around it. It also helps settle the nervous system, easing stress, softening overwhelm, and creating space for deeper rest.

Because TCM views the body as an interconnected landscape, acupuncture can support digestion, hormonal balance, sleep, emotional steadiness, and overall vitality. When qi and blood move smoothly through the channels, the organs are better nourished, the mind feels clearer, and the whole system can return to its natural rhythm.

In essence, acupuncture helps the body remember how to heal.

  • Supported by clinical evidence, Acupuncture is used to treat a wide variety of conditions including, but not limited to:

knee/back/neck pain, arthritis and joint pain, migraines, digestive conditions and disorders, fibromyalgia and other autoimmune diseases, women’s health including issues with fertility and menopause, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), trauma, stress and emotional health, colds, flu, and acts as adjunctive care supporting patients during chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

  • Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that uses a micro‑pen with fine, sterile needles to trigger the skin’s natural healing response. By stimulating collagen and elastin production, it helps improve the skin’s texture, tone, and overall quality.

For best results, microneedling is only done once a month. It is recommended to have a nano needling treatment between microneedling sessions to enhance results. Nano needling is used to gently stimulate and exfoliate the skin, it does not puncture the skin.

  • Microneedling can help reduce the appearance of acne scars, surgical scars, and other skin injuries. It also softens fine lines and areas of hyperpigmentation, supporting smoother, more even, and firmer skin. Microneedling can also be used on the scalp to help stimulate healthy hair growth.

    1. You will be red for 8-12 hours after your microneedling treatment. Pure Aloe Vera can help soothe skin and reduce redness

    2. NO Exercise the day of treatment. Sweat can irritate the skin.

    3. STAY OUT OF THE SUN the day of microneedling. Use mineral sunscreen the week after microneedling.

    4. NO makeup the day of treatment.

    5. Do not use facial soap on treatment day. You can rinse your skin with warm water.

    6. Use Hyaluronic Acid or Vital C serum before you go to bed.

    7. Back to normal facial routine the next day. Facial products have a much higher absorption. Rate the week after micro-needling, it takes 2 weeks to fully see treatment results. You must wait 1 month before another micro-needling treatment however Nano treatments may be done to increase/speed up results.

  • Quantum Physics is the study of all things at the smallest scale. It supports the existence of a biofield (or aura) and it’s interactions with other energy fields, termed Energy Medicine. The biofield is made up of electromagnetic energy produced by the vibration of atoms. Our bodies are a complex system of molecules, groups of atoms, that emit energy and are meant to self-heal. The atoms are constantly moving, vibrating and reacting to the environment around them.  When we are eating well and managing stress, the atom's energy moves quickly and freely and sustains a normal high vibration.  When we are stressed, overwhelmed or experience trauma the normal vibration of the atom changes, the energy slows and becomes heavy. When our energy slows or stops for long periods of time, blockages and stagnation occur in the body leading to many common health symptoms.
